After looking at what was going and identifying multiple leaks we decided on an whole house re-plumb. Even though this was not what I expected, they both were very professional in answering my questions and walking us through the entire process. They were up front with the costs and never added anything to the initial estimate. Within the whole process they were very respectful of our house and worked at all times to have as small as impact as they could. They had us functional and leak free in just a few short days. He also was very kind as I had to deal with my horrible warranty company. The major issues were fixed quickly (main drain line leak and gas leak) as were the more minor issues (Toilet rocking and supply line leak) I discovered while he was present. Prices are higher than most other companies I spoke with but the company was able to get to me quicker. read less
