Daniel arrived as promised and replaced the pipes in the laundry room and made it ready to install the new washer. He noticed my kitchen faucet leaked and mentioned it to me. I told him I had already bought a new one but hadn't been able to install it yet. Since he already had the water turned off, he said he could take care of that too if I wanted. Success!

Both Robert and Jordan came to my house to initially diagnose and repair a leaking water line in my slab. After looking at what was going and identifying multiple leaks we decided on an whole house re-plumb. Even though this was not what I expected, they both were very professional in answering my questions and walking us through the entire process. They were up front with the costs and never added anything to the initial estimate. Within the whole process they were very respectful of our house and worked at all times to have as small as impact as they could. They had us functional and leak free in just a few short days. I would definitely recommend both Robert and Jordan to anyone as well as Hero Services.

Knoxville plumbing/HERO Services was great!! My poor tech....I kept finding issues and he kept smiling and fixing them. He also was very kind as I had to deal with my horrible warranty company. The major issues were fixed quickly (main drain line leak and gas leak) as were the more minor issues (Toilet rocking and supply line leak) I discovered while he was present. Prices are higher than most other companies I spoke with but the company was able to get to me quicker.

This is a great company to use for your many home issues. James and Jordan came out fixed my sewer system and did an excellent job. Thank you guy's!! I will always recommend this company to everyone.
